Sunset and Sunrise Walk

Sunset Walk at Sipi Falls is an activity that is meant for relaxation and is done from a romantic viewpoint. From that point, you can observe the Plains of Karamoja and the 3 waterfalls, as well as the Sipi Valley and the lowlands.

The activity starts at 5 and 6 pm and ends at around 7:30 pm at King’s Point.

While at the sunset point, you will have a great opportunity to see the panorama view of Kapchorwa region and the entire area of Sipi with the 3 waterfalls in the background, areas of Mount Elgon slopes and some peaks, as well as the Lakes in the west, which are Lake Opeto, Bisina, and Kyoga.

As you watch the sun setting below the horizon it’s a nice opportunity for a picnic or just relaxing and enjoying the quiet place.
